Web3Career is a focused job board for the crypto and web3 industry: Solidity and smart-contract engineering, Rust, security auditing, DeFi, product, marketing and every other role that keeps blockchain teams shipping. The board is updated daily and built for one thing: helping you find a real, open role and apply for it in as few steps as possible.
How listings get here
Openings come from public hiring feeds and from employers who post directly. Before anything is published, each listing has to pass the same checks: a real, named company, a disclosed salary, a substantial role description and a working application link. Listings that fail those checks are not published at all.
On top of the employer's own description, our editorial layer adds a plain-language summary of the role, context on the skills that matter and answers to common candidate questions, so you can judge a role quickly without decoding jargon.
When a role closes, the listing stays online as a clearly marked archive page instead of disappearing, so links keep working and salary history stays visible.
Our standards
- Salaries are always shown. A listing without disclosed pay does not go live.
- Apply goes direct. The apply button takes you to the employer's own application, never a middleman form.
- No anonymous employers. Placeholder or undisclosed companies are not published.
- Free for candidates. Browsing and applying costs nothing and requires no account.
How the board makes money
Employers pay a flat $99 to post a job. That is the entire business model: no candidate fees, no resume reselling, no pay-to-rank tricks in the listings.
