Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Web3Career (web3career.xyz) collects, why, and what we deliberately avoid collecting. The short version: we run no ad trackers, set no cookies, and never see your CV or your card number.

What we collect

Server-side analytics. When you view a page we record the page URL, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string and a two-letter country code (derived at the network edge) in our own database. To count unique visitors without identifying anyone, we store a salted hash that rotates every day; we do not store raw IP addresses, and yesterday's hash cannot be linked to today's. There is no client-side tracking script, no cookies and no fingerprinting.

Employer orders. If you post a job, we store the details you submit (job description, company name, contact email) and the order status, because we need them to publish and support your listing and to keep basic accounting records.

What we do not collect

  • Job seekers browse anonymously. There are no accounts, no saved searches and no resume uploads on this site. Applications happen on the employer's own website, under the employer's privacy policy.
  • Payment details. Card and crypto payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe for cards, OxaPay for crypto). We receive a confirmation of payment, never your card number or wallet keys.

Sharing

We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties that process data on our behalf are the payment providers named above, and only for payments you initiate. Listings link out to employer websites; once you leave this site, the employer's own policies apply.

Retention

Analytics rows are deleted automatically after 90 days. Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you (for employers, that is your order data; for visitors, nothing identifiable exists) and ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows. Email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
