These terms govern your use of Web3Career (web3career.xyz). By using the site you accept them.

What the service is

Web3Career is a job board. We aggregate crypto and web3 job openings from public hiring feeds, publish paid listings from employers, and add editorial context to help candidates evaluate roles. We are not a recruiter, an employment agency or a party to any application, interview or employment contract.

Job listings

Listing content originates from employers and public feeds. We apply publishing checks (named company, disclosed salary, substantial description, working application link) but we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, still open or offered on the stated terms. Always verify details with the employer before acting on them. We may edit listing presentation, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including after publication.

Paid job posts

• Posting a job costs a flat fee shown on the posting page, payable by card or crypto. Listings run for 60 days.
• Submitted jobs must be real, lawful openings at the named company, with honest pay information. Scams, multi-level marketing schemes, undisclosed-company roles and listings that ask candidates to pay are rejected.
• If we decline to publish your listing, you receive a full refund. If a published listing is removed for violating these terms, the fee is not refunded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt the service, misrepresent an employer, publish misleading listings or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Third-party sites

Listings and some links lead to external websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3Career is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including decisions made in reliance on listing content. Our total liability to a paying employer is limited to the fee paid for the listing concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
