Role in brief
Serotonin, a go-to-market firm for transformative technologies, seeks an AI Infra Engineer to develop and maintain systems that convert raw data into structured intelligence. This role involves building data pipelines, AI agents, and full-stack applications to support marketing and client campaigns. Candidates with strong Python, API integration, and data modeling skills, who can translate technical insights for non-technical teams, are well-suited.
About the role
This role focuses on constructing and maintaining the infrastructure that transforms diverse data sources into actionable intelligence for marketing and client strategies. The engineer will be responsible for creating agentic systems that gather and process signals from social platforms, on-chain data, and advertising ecosystems. This involves designing data pipelines to ingest, enrich, and model information, ultimately building semantic layers usable by both human and AI agents.
A key part of the work includes developing multi-step AI agents to automate tasks such as research, synthesis, monitoring, and reporting. The engineer will also build full-stack applications and dashboards to make this intelligence accessible to various client accounts. Success in this position means creating robust systems that provide structured intelligence, directly supporting the firm's go-to-market efforts for its diverse clientele.
The position requires close collaboration with internal marketing, PR, content, growth, and social teams to understand their needs before development begins. Staying current with the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape is also a continuous responsibility. This ensures the firm leverages the latest advancements to enhance its data processing and intelligence capabilities.
The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 and $175,000 USD.
