The annual salary for this position ranges from $37,500 to $57,500 USD.

• Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.
• Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.
• Quality control, identifying work process improvements.
• Create a working environment friendly and constructively for cross-team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
• Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
