  • Take ownership of clients issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolutions.

  • Advanced Microsoft PC software experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teammates.
  • 7-10 years work experience in systems or quantitative analysis.
  • Expert level Annuity and Life Insurance industry-related knowledge.
