  • Act as the primary legal point of contact for commercial contracting across the business

  • Support internal policy development and implementation
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Your background:

  • 4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in large law firm and/or in-house legal department
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts and employment law matters
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
  • Business-minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
  • Law degree (JD) from accredited law school
  • NY Bar membership required

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $175,000 and $190,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
