Content Designer (6-months Contract)

This contract role focuses on developing clear and concise UI copy for Binance's products in both English and Chinese. The Content Designer will work closely with senior designers and product managers to ensure all content aligns with product objectives and user experience standards. A significant part of this position involves designing, testing, and refining AI prompts for internal Binance AI products. The designer will iterate on prompt content based on real-world application results, staying updated on content creation and AI trends to explore innovative approaches. This work requires coordination with engineering and product teams to ensure precise implementation of all copy.

Success in this role means consistently delivering polished, accurate, and user-friendly content. It also involves proactively reviewing existing bilingual content, correcting any ambiguities, and systematically maintaining a content archive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, adapting quickly to new tasks within a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this 6-month contract role ranges from $128,000 to $212,000 USD annually.

• Conduct regular reviews of existing bilingual content, revise ambiguous or confusing wording, and maintain and update the content archive systematically.
• Keep track of the latest trends in content creation and AI industries, explore innovative copywriting and prompt design approaches to improve overall work efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Translation, Linguistics, Journalism, UX Design or related fields.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of UX copy guidelines is highly preferred.
• Genuine interest in internet, AI and fintech products, with strong attention to linguistic details.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit, with fast learning ability to adapt to new tasks quickly.
• Relevant experience in copywriting or AI prompt design is a bonus.
