This role focuses on direct user interaction across multiple channels, including live chat and email. You will communicate with a diverse, global user base, addressing their inquiries and providing support. A key part of the job involves identifying and reporting potential bugs or glitches to the development team, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining product stability.

Beyond immediate support, you will play a crucial part in product development by collecting and synthesizing user feedback and feature requests. This information will be presented to the product team to inform future improvements. You will also investigate user problems in depth, helping to pinpoint root causes and working with the team to implement fixes.

Success in this position means acting as a user advocate, understanding their challenges and successes within the product. You will analyze user behavior patterns and data to segment users and tailor product adjustments using AI. This collaborative effort with other teams ensures that user insights are translated into meaningful product features, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

The minimum annual salary for this position is $34,000 USD.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate with users from all over the world on a multichannel chat platform (live chats, emails, help centre content pieces)
  • Timely alert the team about possible bugs or glitches in our products
  • Gather user feedback and feature requests in a concise manner for the product team to use it to improve the product
  • Dive deeper into the user's problems, investigate and help the team locate and fix the issues
  • Detect patterns in user behaviour and analyse data to extract them and group users based on the data
  • Use AI to adjust product for each group of users accordingly and set the rules for each group
  • Be an advocate for the best user experience, understand the sorrows and joys of the customers and suggest ways to better their experience
  • Work closely with other teams to provide insights about users’ pain points and requests to translate them into product features
  • Become an expert in how smart contracts, blockchains and traditional payments work
