What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a strategic legal partner to the Product team and other stakeholders, advising on both existing and new US product offerings throughout the product lifecycle - from concept to launch.
- Proactively identify legal and regulatory risks of new products and services, advising on product structure and design to mitigate risks and bring top-tier products and services to the US market.
- Develop, draft and manage disclosures for new products and services, including terms and conditions, customer agreements, event and promotion terms, disclaimers and risk notices.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders to track evolving legal and regulatory developments, and conduct product impact assessments of such developments.
- Coordinate cross-functional input into the product launch process by working closely with other Legal and Compliance stakeholders to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions.
What We Look For In You
- Law degree from a top law school
- Admission to practice law in any state in the US
- 10+ years of experience in product counseling and other financial services regulatory and legal matters, ideally both in-house and at a top law firm
- Experience engaging with US regulators, including CFTC, SEC and other US federal and state regulators

- The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
