  • Build and prototype.

  • Work end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional experience in design engineering, front-end development, or a hybrid role that spans both.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a focus on interactions, animation, performance, and polish.
  • Deep understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working with Figma, design tokens, and design systems to close the gap between design intent and production reality.
  • An eye for detail that borders on obsessive. You notice things other people miss and you care about fixing them.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design and technical decisions clearly.
  • A genuine passion for markets, truth, and freedom of speech.
  • (Plus) Understanding of DeFi and financial markets, a willingness to develop that understanding is a must.
