About the role

This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with developers and open-source communities to increase the adoption of Tether's financial technology. The Developer Advocate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical content, which includes documentation, tutorials, and examples, to educate and inspire developers. Success in this position means effectively communicating the value and utility of Tether's offerings to a technical audience, thereby expanding its user base and community engagement.

The Developer Advocate will serve as a key bridge between Tether and the broader developer ecosystem. This involves representing the company's technology stack at industry events, presenting technical information, and engaging directly with community members. Collaboration with internal engineering, product management, and marketing teams is essential to ensure that developer feedback is integrated into product development and that the company's technical message is consistent and impactful.

The ideal candidate will act as a credible technical voice within the digital asset ecosystem, advocating for Tether's innovative solutions, such as USDT and digital asset tokenization services. This position requires a proactive approach to community building and a deep understanding of developer needs, ensuring that Tether's tools and platforms are accessible and appealing to a wide range of technical users. The goal is to empower businesses to integrate reserve-backed tokens across various blockchains.

The salary for this full-time remote role ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 USD annually.
