- Partner with the talent organization to recruit exceptional engineers and own engineering quality processes.
- 7+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years of engineering management experience.
- Proven track record delivering and operating distributed systems at scale in production.
- Demonstrated success translating ambiguous, long-horizon technical problems into concrete execution plans.
- Experience with financial systems, event-driven architectures, or high-precision transaction processing.
- Comfort leading teams with diverse scope (backend services, streaming pipelines, and full-stack tooling).
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight.
- Base salary varies by location, with a range of $112K-$188K.
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
