Fireblocks Implementation Developer

About the role

This role focuses on integrating and developing secure digital asset infrastructure using Fireblocks. The work involves designing and implementing solutions with Fireblocks APIs, SDKs, and webhooks. Key responsibilities include developing backend services for wallet management, transaction orchestration, and automation workflows, as well as implementing secure key management solutions leveraging Multi-Party Computation (MPC).

The developer will configure transaction policies, role-based access controls, and approval workflows. Building monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools for digital asset operations is also part of the role. This position requires troubleshooting issues related to blockchain transactions and API integrations, ensuring smooth and secure operations.

Success in this role means collaborating effectively with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to deploy scalable solutions. The developer must ensure adherence to U.S. compliance and security standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI where applicable. Supporting audit processes and maintaining proper documentation are also critical for long-term operational integrity.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $201,000.

• Solid understanding of blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
• Knowledge of cryptography and key management (MPC, wallets, digital signatures)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong debugging and system design skills
