Founding Engineer (Full-Stack, Web3)

About the role

This role involves leading full-stack development for Nika Finance, focusing on creating consumer-grade interfaces that interact with various DeFi protocols, aggregators, and crypto APIs. The engineer will be responsible for owning core product components from the outset, contributing to the future of wealth management within the Web3 space.

The position demands a high degree of independence and urgency. The successful candidate will identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and execute development across both frontend and backend systems. This includes integrating with prominent DeFi protocols and data providers to deliver end-to-end features.

Working directly with the founding team, this individual will contribute to the entire stack, utilizing technologies such as Node.js and PostgreSQL. Success in this role means consistently delivering functional features and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment, directly shaping the product's evolution.

The salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $220,000 USD.
