Fullstack Engineer - Monetisation

About the role

This role focuses on the development and enhancement of MoonPay's monetization products. The work involves architecting and building new features related to pricing, promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs. You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial estimations and planning to execution and ongoing maintenance of the codebase.

Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, as you will work closely with the head of monetization and other internal teams. This includes partnering with product teams to refine customer-facing features, ensuring that new developments align with business goals and user needs. The aim is to improve the platform's ability to drive revenue and customer engagement within the digital currency space.

Success in this position means effectively delivering scalable and robust monetization solutions. This includes not only developing new products but also maintaining and improving existing systems. A significant part of the role involves building experimentation platforms to support algorithmic pricing strategies, contributing to MoonPay's growth and its mission to facilitate digital currency transactions for a large user base.

The listed salary range for this full-time remote position is between $120,000 and $180,000 USD per year.
