- 10+ years of experience in finance with a strong track record in strategy/financial analysis.
- 5+ years of specific experience in investor relations or related areas (investment banking, sell side research, buy side portfolio management) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- High level understanding of financial statements and models including valuation models.
- Demonstrated understanding of capital markets particularly equities.
- Experience and understanding of disclosure and other regulatory obligations of a public financial services company.
- Articulate communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically.
- Experience working confidently with senior management.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
