  • Project Management for Compliance-related matters globally
  • Manage all Compliance Systems
  • Develop, manage, implement, and maintain all Compliance Systems
  • Ensure the alignment and completeness of IT Projects related to Compliance requirements
  • Assist in creation/enhancement of Transaction Monitoring Alerts
  • Data analysis for Compliance related matters
  • Collect, analyze and interpret information and data to prepare recommendation
  • Support internal and external audits and ad hoc information request related to IT Compliance
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve processes and streamline Compliance operations
  • Coordinate with other business units on Compliance-related matters
  • Ensure that the IT Operations end-to-end processes are compliant and updated with relevant regulations
  • Conduct IT Compliance testing
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in Compliance Systems within a Banking/Financial Services Industry
  • Strong familiarity in Compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data well
  • Experience in people management
  • Graduate of a 4-year business, accounting, law, or related course from a reputable institution
  • A good team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for payments and cryptocurrency industries
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
