- Excellent interaction and visual design skills, applied in service of clarity, trust, and correctness.
- Experience setting design direction, influencing cross-functional partners, and mentoring designers.
- Ability to explain complex ideas, articulate design decisions, and collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.
