This feedback will guide new product development for spot trading and financing, ensuring client needs are met.
The position requires maintaining a constant awareness of market sentiment, trading activity, and client positioning. This information will be shared with relevant internal teams to support strategic decision-making within the company. The role also involves operating on a schedule that includes weekend availability, reflecting the dynamic nature of the trading environment.
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $157,590 to $185,400 USD, with total compensation potentially including equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.

- Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk-managing vanilla and/or exotic structures, with fluency in Greeks, volatility dynamics, and options market microstructure.
- Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients, translating market insight into trusted, high-value interactions.
- Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications covering macro, crypto, or digital asset themes.
- Weekend availability required - this role operates on a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday as working days.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $157,590—$185,400 USD.
