Product Designer (Senior)

About the role

Mish is a product laboratory focused on creating innovative solutions in the fintech space. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to contribute to a career product that serves both B2C and B2B markets. The role requires a strong design background and the ability to navigate complex user interactions.

In this position, the designer will elevate the visual standards of the product and ensure that various stakeholder inputs are translated into cohesive design solutions. Success in this role involves working through uncertainties, conducting user testing, and iterating on designs quickly to meet quality standards.

From the employer

• Mandatory experience in product design for at least 5 years
• Design end-to-end scenarios for users at the intersection of different parts of the product
• Elevate the visual standard and set the look & feel of the product
• Translate inputs and interests of different parties into clear, cohesive product solutions
• Test hypotheses, conduct quick iterations, and bring solutions to quality implementation
• Ability to work with uncertainty, gather complex context, and find clear solutions
