Security Engineer

About the role

This Security Engineer position focuses on fortifying Bending Spoons' security landscape. The role involves proactively identifying and addressing security weaknesses across various systems and infrastructure. This includes using modern security tools, automation, and continuous testing to ensure robust protection. A key aspect of the work is to conduct internal security assessments and implement countermeasures to protect company data integrity and confidentiality.

The engineer will also be responsible for designing and building solutions that embed strong security controls directly into the infrastructure and engineering workflows. This requires collaboration with privacy experts to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical safeguards. The role demands continuous monitoring of emerging vulnerabilities and attack techniques, sharing this knowledge internally to strengthen the overall security posture of the company.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 USD per year.

• Conduct internal security assessments and implement countermeasures that safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
