Senior Backend Engineer (Elixir)

About the role

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Remote, you will take charge of significant projects, focusing on building tools, APIs, and integrations using Elixir and Phoenix. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams that include Frontend, Backend, SRE, and QA engineers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to development.

Success in this role requires a solid understanding of secure and scalable production systems, as well as the ability to mentor other engineers and contribute to the shared codebase. The team is flexible and values feedback, innovation, and continuous improvement in their engineering practices.

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $195,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
