About the role

This role focuses on building and expanding the core lending infrastructure for credit unions, specifically for crypto-backed loans. The work involves developing both the NestJS/TypeScript backend and the React frontend. A key aspect is creating on-chain compliance architecture using Solidity, moving from testnet to mainnet, and building out crypto collateral support for various asset types.

The Senior Engineer will also contribute to the AI-powered underwriting pipeline by enhancing existing Python microservices. This position requires making significant infrastructure decisions and being able to articulate and defend these choices to both regulators and investors, indicating a need for strong technical judgment and communication skills.

Success in this role means delivering robust, compliant, and scalable solutions for crypto-collateralized lending. The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
