About the role

This role focuses on integrating large-load facilities into the electric grid, specifically within the MISO and SPP regions. The work involves conducting grid integration studies, overseeing transmission injection processes, and performing load deliverability studies to ensure grid stability. A key aspect is identifying optimal Points of Interconnection (POIs) that align with business needs and comply with evolving regulatory requirements.

The Senior Engineer will contribute to the team's technical development by sharing expertise in grid integration and ISO/RTO navigation. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for drafting technical specifications and providing support for business development on project proposals. Success in this position means effectively managing the technical aspects of grid interconnection, ensuring compliance, and strategically identifying POIs.

Crusoe operates as a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, managing all layers from energy to AI workloads. This position is central to expanding the energy infrastructure needed to support these operations. The team values individuals who can think creatively to solve complex interconnection challenges and stay informed about changes in grid code and transmission topology.

The salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 annually.
