Lead and optimize a SOX-compliant global procurement infrastructure.
Identify and evaluate strategic vendors and lead negotiations for Tier 1 global contracts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
Track Capex budgets and ensure investments deliver maximum ROI.
Manage vendor onboarding and lifecycle, ensuring due diligence and risk assessments.
Deliver global spend intelligence to the Senior Management team.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.
Experience in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and procurement operations.
Strong understanding of governance, data privacy, and compliance in financial services.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain strategic focus.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
