About the role

This role focuses on improving the customer experience for a financial product in the Philippine market. The System Analyst will be responsible for understanding customer needs by gathering and analyzing business requirements. This involves translating those needs into practical solutions that can be implemented by the development and quality assurance teams.

A key part of this position is coordinating efforts both within the immediate team and across multiple teams for larger projects. This ensures that all solutions are consistent and aligned with overall business goals. The analyst will work closely with software engineering and QA to design the technical details of these solutions.

Success in this role means effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. It requires producing clear technical specifications and documentation for projects, ensuring that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the proposed solutions and their impact on the financial product.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $195,500 USD.
