Role in brief
Checkr seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead user experience for their Truework financial products. This role involves simplifying complex financial workflows, from discovery to launch, for borrower, lender, and internal users. Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking in complex domains, ideally fintech, should apply.
About the role

Success in this role means translating research and stakeholder insights into tangible product improvements.
The role requires close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, as well as cross-functional partners like Customer Success, Sales, and Legal, to ensure designs are practical and effective in real-world scenarios. The designer will also contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and standards, fostering consistency and quality across the Truework platform.
