Senior R Software Engineer

About the role

This role focuses on supporting and improving Quantori's R-based scientific software ecosystem. The engineer will work closely with both developers and end users, providing day-to-day assistance and maintaining large-scale R environments. Key responsibilities include building, deploying, and troubleshooting R packages within a managed application environment.

The position is part of an enablement team, emphasizing user support and communication. The engineer will gather stakeholder requirements for development teams and create documentation. Delivering training sessions to users is also a component of the role, ensuring effective use of the R ecosystem.

Success in this position requires a proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently within a distributed team. The engineer will contribute to the stability and functionality of the R platforms, ensuring that scientific software operations run smoothly for all users.

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $195,500 annually.
