About the role

This role focuses on the comprehensive management of a retail store in Berlin. The Store Manager will be responsible for the store's financial performance and overall operational efficiency. A key aspect of this position is collaborating with Area Management and the broader Retail Team to execute strategic decisions. The Store Manager will also handle all personnel-related duties for a team of around 50 employees. This includes recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff, as well as developing existing leaders. The annual salary for this full-time Store Manager position ranges from $26,250 to $45,000 USD.
