The starting salary for this position ranges from $137,400 to $161,600 USD, with the actual compensation based on skills, education, and experience.

What you will do

  • Work directly with clients: proactive year-round tax insights, white-glove delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and file individual returns for HNW households (starting $1M to $25M net worth) plus related business returns.
  • Own equity-comp planning: ISO/NSO/RSU/ESPP, AMT crossover, 83(b), QSBS, 409A, secondary sales, IPO/liquidity events.
  • Help build the Tax Brain: break complex decisions into logic an engineer can code; review AI advice and correct it.
  • Solve edge cases: AMT, wash sales, multi-state allocation, QSBS, pass-through optimization.
