Beyond team leadership, the role involves direct technical contributions, including designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines and configuring infrastructure using tools like Ansible and Terraform. The Team Lead will also work on ensuring service high availability and migrating applications to Kubernetes, contributing to the stability and scalability of the platform's core services.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $160,000 USD annually.
