What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Strategic Leadership
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise products jointly with the Chief Product Officer, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Act as the key evangelist for enterprise solutions, building awareness and credibility among traditional financial institutions and blockchain ecosystems.
Market Expansion
- Identify and cultivate relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other traditional financial players.
- Drive adoption of Liquid and Lightning technology platforms by educating stakeholders on the benefits of digital assets and blockchain-based solutions and growing the respective industry federations.
- Oversee, delivery and implementation of the custom enterprise solutions.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and sales professionals, to achieve business objectives.
- Build and lead the business development organization for the enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure product success in regulated markets.
Thought Leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing the value of our enterprise offerings.

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, or a related field, with a focus on asset-backed securities and financial products.
- Deep knowledge of IT applications and systems used in the creation and distribution of financial products.
- Strong interest in and working knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technologies, and Bitcoin Layer-2 solutions.
- Experience of selling into the enterprise C-suite and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-focused products, preferably in fintech or blockchain industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
