Ads Monetization Manager

About the role

As an Ads Monetization Manager at Easybrain, you will focus on optimizing ad strategies to boost monetization efforts for mobile games. This role involves collaborating with both the production and analytical teams to implement effective ideas and analyze metrics that impact lifetime value (LTV).

Success in this role means effectively suggesting and executing new monetization strategies while ensuring all initiatives are backed by data. You will work in a fully remote environment with opportunities for relocation support, making it easier to integrate with the team.

The salary range is between $18,000 and $29,250, with performance bonuses available.

• 1+ year experience in ads monetization;
• Experience working with ads monetization platforms;
• Understanding of how ads can affect LTV;
• B2+ level of English;
• Fluent Russian is required;
• Technical background is a bonus.
