AI Business Strategy Manager

About the role

This position involves defining and executing Btse's enterprise AI strategy, with a focus on achieving platform protection and operational goals by 2026. The manager will work closely with department leaders to identify areas for AI-driven automation, designing "Agentic" solutions to enhance cross-functional efficiency. A key aspect of the role is translating high-level strategic designs into practical technical assets, ensuring AI deployments are functional and securely integrated.

The role requires establishing a framework for measuring the return on investment of AI initiatives, tracking key performance indicators such as Token Efficiency and Human-in-the-Loop reduction. Collaboration with the security team is crucial to develop AI-powered defenses against platform threats, including anti-bot measures. The manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI deployments, ensuring they are innovative, secure, and seamlessly integrated into the existing ecosystem.

Success in this role means guiding Btse through significant cultural and technical shifts as AI is adopted across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, capable of converting technical AI performance metrics into clear business outcomes and insights for executive leadership. They will be instrumental in ensuring that AI solutions not only meet strategic objectives but also contribute to operational excellence and security.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $175,000 USD.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Architect and lead the enterprise AI implementation strategy, ensuring every initiative is purpose-built to meet 2026 goals for platform protection and operational excellence.
• Departmental Advisory: Partner with the Heads of Operations and other department heads to diagnose workflow friction and design autonomous, "Agentic" solutions that streamline cross-functional output.
• AI Performance Governance: Establish and own the framework for AI ROI by defining and tracking high-stakes KPIs, including Token Efficiency, HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) reduction, and Automated Resolution Accuracy.
• Security & Risk Collaboration: Co-engineer AI-driven defense layers with the Security team to proactively neutralize platform threats, specifically targeting anti-bot measures and mass-registration blocking.
• Technical Architecture & Design: Translate high-level strategic designs into scalable technical assets, including robust API integrations, standardized prompt libraries, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI deployments to ensure designs are not only innovative but also functional, secure, and seamlessly integrated into the enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

• A proven track record in AI strategy, demonstrating a clear evolution from early LLM applications to sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic Workflows.
• Deep experience in high-growth Fintech or Crypto environments, with a demonstrated ability to scale operations while maintaining rigorous security standards.
• While business-led, you are fluent in the "language of engineering," comfortable discussing API orchestration, Vector Databases, and Model Context Protocols (MCP) with technical teams.
• A sophisticated influencer capable of navigating complex organizational structures to lead departments through the cultural and technical shifts of AI adoption.
• Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous to facilitate seamless communication across our global teams.
