This role involves leading and expanding Btse's Business Intelligence team, focusing on transforming raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. The successful candidate will manage the BI roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact, and partner with various business domains from Marketing to Finance to define data requirements and metrics. The objective is to support business growth and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.

A key aspect of this position is the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for executives, enabling quick and informed decision-making. The Director will also collaborate closely with Data Engineering to build a strong data foundation for advanced analytics. Maintaining high standards for dashboard quality, metric governance, and delivering proactive business insights are central to success.

Btse operates in fintech and blockchain, offering exchange, payments, and infrastructure solutions to over 100 corporate clients globally. The BI team supports these core pillars by providing insights across the entire business. This role requires a leader who can foster a culture of data quality and intellectual honesty within their team, aligning BI efforts directly with the company's commercial goals.

The compensation for this role is between $112,000 and $188,000 USD.

• Domain expertise in high-velocity transactional sectors like fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Deep proficiency in B2C metrics, including acquisition funnels, retention curves, LTV, and CAC.
• Expertise in product and marketing analytics, from A/B testing to attribution models and lifecycle stages.
• Fluency across the modern analytics stack, including Databricks, dbt, and advanced visualization tools.
