This role focuses on evaluating and validating architectural design content for AI projects. The work involves reviewing technical drawings, building systems, and design principles to enhance AI model performance in areas like architectural reasoning, design critique, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include assessing AI-generated floor plans, elevations, and construction documents, as well as annotating design decisions and technical specifications.

A key aspect of the position is ensuring technical accuracy and design quality. This means validating building code compliance, construction feasibility, and identifying errors in architectural drawings. The role also requires providing detailed feedback on design aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, and evaluating the integration of structural, mechanical, and environmental systems.

The work is project-based with flexible hours, allowing individuals to manage their schedule. Ongoing training and performance feedback are provided to support continuous quality and development in a remote setting.

The salary for this full-time remote position ranges from $80,500 to $138,000 USD.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree required in architecture or related design field; PhD strongly preferred in: Architecture, Urban Design, Architectural History & Theory, Building Science, Landscape Architecture, or closely related design disciplines
