Billing Manager

About the role

This role involves leading Paysenger's billing operations as the company expands into new markets. The Billing Manager will be responsible for the entire billing process, from researching and negotiating with payment aggregators to integrating new solutions. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and onboarding new partners.

A key part of the position is driving technical solutions. This means collaborating with the development team to design the billing roadmap, creating technical requirements, and resolving any issues that might affect billing processing. The manager will also lead project meetings to ensure all involved parties understand expectations and deliverables.

Success in this role requires managing the operational aspects of billing, which includes coordinating with legal, financial, and analytics teams. The Billing Manager will define metrics to measure billing success and ensure all policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and payment system rules.

The salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $155,250 annually.

Manage Multiple Billing Integrations into Paysenger

• Identify markets and geos of business expansion in close collaboration with Product and Marketing Teams;
• Payment aggregators and processors research, negotiations to ensure the best processing services and rates, partners onboarding and integration;

Drives Technical Solutions and Integrations

• Design billing roadmap in collaboration with a Development team;
• Create technical requirements. Identify/ resolve all issues that could impact billing processing;
• Initiate and conduct project meetings with all involved to discuss project expectations and deliverables;
• Proactively identify and resolve gaps and escalate if help is needed;

Billing Operation Management

• Coordinate legal, financial, analytics and compliance parts of the project (policies, procedures, protocols, standards, reports, trainings in accordance with the requirements of regulators, tracking and analysis of changes in the rules of payment systems and regulation;
• Define metrics to measure billing success;

• Relevant experience in fintech;
