BIM Engineer

About the role

This role focuses on leading BIM/VDC processes for large construction projects, with a strong emphasis on data centers and electrical installations within the USA. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for coordinating 3D models, resolving clashes, and ensuring that BIM models and technical documentation meet quality standards. Daily tasks include participating in client and contractor meetings, reviewing drawing production, and ensuring compliance with project schedules and client requirements.

The position requires coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to different stages and investment scales. The annual salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $212,000 USD.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC for construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with electrical trade contractors.
• Very good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience in BIM/VDC coordination on the execution or construction side, not just design.
• Experience working on large commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to communicate with clients and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating the work of others or project teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to delegate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English for daily work in an international environment.
