BIM Engineer

This role focuses on leading BIM/VDC processes for major construction projects, specifically within data centers and electrical installations across the USA. The engineer will be responsible for coordinating 3D models, resolving clashes, and ensuring the quality of BIM models and technical documentation. The salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $212,000 USD annually.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC for construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with electrical trade contractors.
• Very good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience in BIM/VDC coordination on the execution or construction side, not just design.
• Experience working on large commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to communicate with clients and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating the work of others or project teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to delegate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English for daily work in an international environment.
