- Assist in the full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions (banners, push notifications, and pop-ups), overseeing campaign launches, tracking ongoing progress and post-campaign management.
- Collect & extract frequently-appeared cases from user inquiries, work with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce the number of potential user cases.
- Handle escalated user tickets from the Mod & Customer Service team, maintain FAQs and other user documents to ensure consistent communication and improve user experience.
- Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
- Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.
- Recent graduate, with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
- Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus advantage.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
