A key aspect of this position is producing clear and organized documentation, including user stories, process maps, and written specifications. The analyst will also participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews, contributing to the efficient workflow of the development process. This ensures that scientific requirements are integrated smoothly into the product lifecycle.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $149,500.

• Able to translate scientists' conceptual requirements into concrete I/O specifications.
• Conceptual grasp of how production bioinformatics pipelines are built and run.
• Experienced in running structured interviews and working sessions with scientists and internal stakeholders.
