  • Provide end-to-end compliance control coverage for business unit product launches, new features, maintenance, and support to implement country product restrictions within the assigned product portfolio.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to assess and, where feasible, enable product availability in markets where offerings are currently limited.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities for the assigned product portfolio, creating documented regulatory analysis and required controls for business expansion.
  • Generate compliance plans with joint efforts from cross functions to ensure it is managed in accordance with the BU’s objectives, and that best practices are embedded in the products and services.
  • Work closely with product teams, global compliance teams and local/regional PoCs and MLROs to ensure controls are in place, testing is complete and the business can launch on time and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact to products and controls, coordinate implementation, and deliver advisory and guidance to relevant business teams as needed.
  • Build strong and effective relationships across the business to promote a positive image of the Business Compliance Team and efficiently support and deliver work activities.
  • Track and analyze global regulatory developments affecting product offerings, and communicate clear, actionable guidance to stakeholders.
  • Assist the team with other products, if required, to ensure contingency and global coverage.
  • 5+ years in Compliance/Regulatory Advisory supporting product launches in crypto, fintech, broker-dealer, exchange, derivatives venue, asset manager, payments, or bank environment (global/cross-border strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience partnering with Product/Engineering/Operations to deliver compliant launches (requirements, controls, testing, go-live).
  • Experience building or operating country/jurisdiction product restriction frameworks (eligibility, geofencing, disclosures, leverage limits, KYC/AML gating, marketing constraints).
  • Understanding of crypto exchange products (custody vs non-custody, wallets, on-chain vs off-chain flows, listing lifecycle, stablecoins, DeFi/Web3 exposure).
  • Ability to translate regulatory obligations into product requirements (user journeys, control points, monitoring, alerts, audit trails).
  • Up to date knowledge of regulatory regimes and recent regulatory developments (eg. MICA).
  • Excellent adaptability, communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and prioritizing multiple projects based on regulatory risk and business needs.
  • An interest in Web3 and understanding of current regulatory narratives.
  • Practical experience with AI solutions implementations for efficiency and controls preferred.
