The salary for this position ranges from $96,000 to $144,000 annually.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare loan-level due diligence samples for third-party review (TPR) firms
- Track due diligence reviews, findings, and outstanding items
- Review TPR outputs and resolve loan-level exceptions

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years residential mortgage due diligence experience at a bank, rating agency, originator, TPR firm, or residential credit investor
- Strong understanding of mortgage loans and collateral documentation
- Prior experience in working with capital markets on loan and securitization execution a plus
- Experience with loan data tapes and exception tracking
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to HELOC, Non-QM, DSCR, RTL mortgage products
- Experience with whole loan or securitization diligence workflows
