DeFi Analyst and Educator

About the role

This role focuses on leading educational initiatives within the DeFi space. The successful candidate will conduct multiple weekly live sessions, guiding students through DeFi concepts from beginner to advanced levels. A key responsibility involves tracking and supporting the progress of a significant number of students over six-month periods, ensuring their success in understanding and applying DeFi principles.

Beyond live instruction, the position requires creating diverse educational content. This includes writing short articles on DeFi topics, producing video content, and generating research reports on various crypto projects. The educator will also perform trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to identify investment and trading opportunities, sharing this knowledge with the community.

Success in this role means effectively simplifying complex DeFi and crypto concepts for a broad audience, fostering a strong learning environment, and contributing to the company's vision of becoming a leading DeFi education platform. The educator will be instrumental in empowering investors and expanding the company's impact within the digital finance landscape.

The competitive salary for this full-time role ranges from $40,000 to $108,000 annually, with additional potential for commissions.

What will you be doing?

• Lead 10 or more hour long live sessions per week teaching DeFi concepts from beginner to advanced students
• Take responsibility, support and track the success of approximately 400 students per 6 months
• Explain complex DeFi and crypto concepts in a ELI5 manner
• Create research reports of various crypto projects
• Share your knowledge of DeFi and crypto projects with the community
• Write 2 short articles per week about DeFi, tools, projects, ecosystems and news
• Create video content and loom recordings about various topics as needed.
• Perform trading/technical and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities.
