Developer Relations Engineer (CIS-based)

About the role

This role focuses on enabling developers within the TON Blockchain ecosystem. The work involves creating practical resources such as demos, decentralized applications, and Telegram Mini Apps, along with reusable code examples. A key responsibility is to maintain these resources on GitHub, ensuring they align with product and tooling updates. The goal is to provide clear, runnable steps for developers, simplifying complex technical concepts.

The Developer Relations Engineer will also be responsible for producing developer enablement content and delivering hands-on programming support in community channels. This includes gathering feedback from developers and collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance SDKs and tooling. Additionally, the role involves improving the quality of developer documentation and supporting promising grant applicants from initial screening to launch.

Success in this position means empowering the developer community through accessible resources and direct support. It requires representing the TON Foundation at global conferences and events, acting as a bridge between the core team and external developers. The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering and a proactive approach to community building and technical education.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 annually.

• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally.
• Willing to travel globally ~30% of the time.
