  • Build and manage engineering teams to guide the development of features, services, and infrastructure.

  • Implement the multi-year strategy for our team and collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership.
  • Be a thoughtful technical voice within the team, aiding in architectural decisions and fostering a culture of high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and operation of systems at scale.
  • Work closely with our talent organization to identify and recruit exceptional engineers.
  • Contribute to and take ownership of processes that drive engineering quality.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
  • Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective engineering practices.
  • Execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity.
  • Experience in creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
  • Ability to be hands-on when needed.
  • Demonstrates ability to responsibly use generative AI tools.
  • Remote work with in-person participation required throughout the year.
  • Team and company-wide offsites held multiple times annually.
  • Salary range: $218,025—$256,500 USD annually.
  • Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.
