The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $175,000, in addition to a discretionary annual target bonus and performance incentives.

- Trading Algorithm & Execution Support: Engineering low-latency algorithmic trading paths, scaling infrastructure to handle millions of transactions during market spikes, ensuring the trading algorithm can recover rapidly, and implementing security measures to detect unusual trade bursts.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a trading operations, or trade support management role within digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
- You have a strong background and deep understanding of trading, market structure, and the full order lifecycle.
- Experience in FX, equities, or derivatives is a huge plus.
- You are technically proficient and have hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems running in the cloud. You are comfortable diving into system logs, diagnosing issues, and working with engineers to resolve them.
- Proficiency and understanding of the FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody solutions, KYC/AML and cyber-security best practices.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and a data-driven approach with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
