About the role

This Head of Product will be responsible for the entire Cards & Stablecoins vertical at Wallet, a digital asset solution integrated into Telegram. The role involves setting the product vision, developing the strategy, and managing the roadmap for both crypto card offerings and local stablecoins. Key responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle of card products, from issuance and activation to transaction flows, fees, and chargebacks, as well as defining earn and borrowing features linked to these cards.

A core part of this position is driving integrations with external partners, including card issuers, processors, and payment networks. The Head of Product will also manage a dedicated product team, focusing on hiring, mentorship, and goal setting. Success in this role is measured by achieving key performance indicators directly tied to revenue generation and user growth, ensuring the product vertical contributes significantly to Wallet's overall expansion.

This role requires close collaboration with various internal departments, including Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations, to ensure all product developments adhere to regulatory standards and operational requirements.
