- 8+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Recruiting Leadership, Talent Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or HR, with direct experience advising senior leaders on org and people strategy.
- Proven track record navigating complex stakeholder situations with sound judgment, including performance issues, restructures, and sensitive employee matters.
- Experience using people data (engagement surveys, attrition metrics, performance trends) to build recommendations and influence leadership decisions.
- Track record of designing and executing people programs end-to-end (e.g., performance cycles, talent reviews, org redesigns) with measurable business outcomes.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information across all levels of the organization.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Base salary varies by location, with a range of $90K-$150K.
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
- Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $176,035 — $207,100 USD.
