Integration Support Agent

About the role

This role focuses on supporting Wert's partners through the entire integration lifecycle, from initial setup to successful launch. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, often with assistance from the engineering team. The agent will also identify areas for process improvement to enhance the integration experience for partners.

A key part of the role involves representing Wert in various partner communication channels like Discord, Telegram, and Slack, ensuring partners receive consistent support and information. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's knowledge base and internal documentation, contributing to a more efficient support ecosystem.

Collaboration is essential, as the Integration Support Agent will work closely with product and technology teams. This includes sharing partner feedback to help inform future product development and roadmap decisions. Success in this position means ensuring smooth partner integrations and contributing to the continuous improvement of Wert's services.

The listed salary for this full-time remote position is $38,000 USD.

What You’ll Do

• Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch.

What You Bring

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (understanding NFTs, smart contracts, DeFi, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy finding better ways to do things.
• Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets.
• Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
